Meany PTSA News 3/9/18

Movie night is 4 days away!

Join us Tuesday, March 13th at 6:30 pm for a free film screening of “Angst, Raising Awareness Around Anxiety” in the Meany Cafeteria. The event will feature a 56-minute film followed by a 20-minute question and answer period led by Meany school counselors. All students will be viewing the film during the school day. This is a great opportunity for families to join the conversation on this important topic. This film is recommended for ages 10 and up. Admission is free. A donation of any amount will enter you into a drawing for a $100 spa gift card. Popcorn, chips, drinks, and candy will be available for $1 each. Donations needed

Our wonderful counselor Ms. Baker has a wish list of items that would help her in supporting our students. Items include things like clothes, shoes, personal hygiene items, fidget toys, snacks, and more. Please contact for the complete list or to coordinate a donation.

Calling all student artists!

We are planning on a really fun art event in May. If your student brought home artwork from the first semester, please hold on to it so we can display it. We would also love to showcase performance or visual art that Meany students have produced outside of the class. More details to come soon!
